Money donated to the One Percent Foundation by Partners in their 20s and 30s is given to other non-profit organizations through our grantmaking process. The One Percent Foundation does not retain any of these funds for operations.

The One Percent Foundation is run primarily by a volunteer Board of Directors, with help from paid staff as funds are available. Money given to the One Percent Foundation through the link below helps us raise awareness around young adult philanthropy and encourage people in their 20s and 30s to give funds of their own. Thus every dollar given to the Foundation results in many more given to other non-profits; not just now, but for the entire lives of our Partners.
